The Farmers Home
Our larger restaurant provides an ideal space for a wide range of events, with easy access to the bar area as well as doors out to our patio and garden (weather and time of year dependent).
The pub has a warm and homely character and we are experienced in catering for funeral receptions (wakes) for which we have an excellent reputation. You will be afforded privacy for yourselves and around 80 guests in the light and airy function room overlooking the garden.
Our Funeral Reception menu offers three different buffets of completely homemade dishes, but we are also happy to discuss particular wishes and family favourites to serve as well - please just get in touch by email.
For events and celebrations the room can host up to 60 people for a sit down meal; for smaller numbers we can provide a section of the space or one long table for up to 18 guests.
We work closely with you on the meal, and menus are tailored to your requirements including allowing for any guests with allergens.
